   Welcome to Ginalne, a community platform for digital product and project developers, activists, and creators. By using Ginalne, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

   • Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in their country to conduct financial transactions.

   • Younger developers may publish Pros but require a legally eligible representative for financial management if local regulations mandate.

3. Account Requirements

   • Users must provide accurate personal information, including name, email, phone number, and date of birth.

   • Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or removal.

   • Certain activities may require age verification.

4. Prohibited Activities

   Users are strictly prohibited from:

   • Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.

   • Abusing the refund or dispute system.

   • Posting false, misleading, or harmful content.

   • Participating in illegal activities, including money laundering.

   • Harassing or threatening other users.

   • Attempting to bypass platform fees or security measures.

   • Violating copyright laws or engaging in plagiarism.

5. User Responsibilities

   For Developers:

   • Provide accurate and transparent information about their Pro.

   • Deliver on promises made to investors/supporters.

   • Comply with copyright laws and avoid plagiarism.

   • Use funds responsibly for the intended purpose.

   • Communicate with supporters when necessary.

   For Investors/Supporters:

   • Conduct due diligence before funding a Pro.

   • Understand that Ginalne does not guarantee project success.

   • Acknowledge that funding is at their own risk.

   • Report suspicious activities or fraudulent Pros.

   • Respect platform rules and engage fairly in disputes.

6. Platform Usage Restrictions

   Users may not:

   • Spam or send unsolicited messages.

   • Post illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

   • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

   • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

   • Attempt to bypass security measures.

   • Violate copyright or intellectual property rights.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

   • Ginalne reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activities, or risks to platform integrity.

   • Terminated users lose access to their Pros, funds, and other platform features.

   • Users may request account deletion, subject to data retention policies for legal or security purposes.

8. Content Ownership & Rights

   • Developers retain ownership of their content.

   • By using Ginalne, developers grant a limited license to display, distribute, and promote their content as needed.

   • Ginalne does not claim ownership but reserves the right to remove content that violates policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

   • Ginalne facilitates connections but does not guarantee project success.

   • Ginalne is not liable for financial losses, project failures, fraud, or disputes between users.

   • Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginalne shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

10. Force Majeure

    Ginalne shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in platform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

    • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indonesia.

    • Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.

12. Modifications to Terms

    • Ginalne reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions.

    • Users will be notified of significant updates via email, in-platform notifications, or website announcements.

    • Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
