End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

   This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ginalne ("Platform") regarding the use of Ginalne's services, applications, and features. By creating an account or using Ginalne, you agree to comply with this EULA.

2. License Grant

   Ginalne grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform in accordance with this EULA and applicable laws. You may not sublicense, distribute, or modify the platform's content or features without prior written consent.

3. User Obligations

   By using Ginalne, you agree to:

   • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

   • Use the platform only for its intended purposes.

   • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

   • Respect the rights of other users and avoid fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Restrictions

   You may not:

   • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Ginalne.

   • Use the platform to engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

   • Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of Ginalne or other users.

   • Interfere with or disrupt platform operations, including hacking or automated data scraping.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

   All rights, titles, and interests in Ginalne, including trademarks, logos, content, and proprietary technology, are owned by Ginalne. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Ginalne a limited license to display and distribute it for platform functionality.

6. Termination

   Ginalne reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this EULA or engage in activities that harm the platform's integrity. Users may also request account deletion, subject to legal and security-related data retention policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

   Ginalne is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or specific outcomes from using the platform. Users assume all risks associated with platform use.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginalne shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform. Users acknowledge that funding or investing in projects carries inherent risks.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

   This EULA is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indonesia. Users agree to waive any objections based on jurisdiction or venue.

10. Amendments & Updates

    Ginalne reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email, in-platform notifications, or website announcements. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
